My brother came across this a couple of minutes ago and i just had to post it right away.

So I went to some printing shops today with my partner Itchy and came across a pretty legit place. The guy we talked to spent a long time explaining to us his techniques and the companies he prints for, including a clothing line (FREEGUMS) owned by a miami native. Shout out to Homie from infiniti screen printing for taking his time. Our A84 tees are gonna look sick when they get printed, I CANT WAIT!

Cocaine Cowboys Motion Picture

Posted by Area 84 On 9:42 PM 1 comments

If you don't know, cocaine cowboys was a documentary about the drug cartel during the 70s and 80s in Miami.

Paramount Pictures is doing a remake and making it big with a pretty heavy cast (Marc Wahlberg, Leonardo Dicaprio, etc.)
Mark Walberg and Leonardo DiCaprio To Ship Cocaine To Miami: The Movie (Poorbuthappy in Colombia!)

The video says it all

This guy has been getting quite a buzz around the world. I know its old but I'm posting it up anyways cuz i know alot of people haven't seen this dudes art yet..Sssheckk it out

Top 5 reasons why Kanye will never be "the king of pop"
1. Can't dance
2. Definitely can't sing
3. Will never win 197 major awards.
4. Will never Outsell "Thriller".
5. Will never Outdo Michael Jackson, PERIOD!

I know He's just saying this cus the king died and no one is reclaiming the spot. But seriously, Justin Timberlake has a better chance than you. Think before you speak. Go eat some fishsticks.

WOW...

Mike Brizzy Doc

Posted by Area 84 On 11:50 PM 0 comments

So my dog Davy did this documentary for Full Sail with his classmates..I thought it was pretty impressive considering they did it on the #1 featherweight fighter of the world, Mike Brown. This is huge cuz Mike is up there getting respect in the MMA world. I had the priviledge to meet him first hand and i gotta say, this dude is pretty humble and is without a doubt determined to be the greatest fighter in the WEC..peep for yourself

Pee Wee movie in the works?!

Posted by Area 84 On 7:10 PM 0 comments

Some how i came across this...Pee Wee Herman is making a comeback after a 25 year absence..I was a big fan of "Pee-Wees Big Adventure" and my older brother was an even bigger fan of the series "Pee Wee's Playhouse". If you don't know, he was really big in the 80's and had a huge franchise, and i mean HUGE. His show went downhill after he was caught bopping the bologna in a XXX theater in '91(I find it understandable). But now im sure people have forgiven Mr. Herman. He stated that he'll be making 2 movies, 1 coming out next year and another coming out in 2011. Hes even playing himself even though hes 57 years old..SMH. Oh well, if anyone asks tell em LARGE MARGE SENT YA! muaahahaahaa!

Kudos to you Mr.Herman

just had to put this one up..lmfao

let me just throw in some Pee Wee Herman Dunks SBs

Kraving some real art?

Posted by Area 84 On 1:13 AM 0 comments

Miami is loaded with sick graf artists, many of whom seek other ways of implementing art off the streets. They usually turn to graphic designing, tattooing, freelancing, and other crafts by showing their true artistic capabilities. Writers like FANE, MEMO,DESR, and ATOMIK are a few examples . The writer KRAVE has brilliant way of incorporating ill characters into his murals...peep some of his work

heres the link to his site, KRAVE ART.

Mayer Hawthorne

Posted by Area 84 On 12:39 AM 0 comments

I dig this dude's music for some reason. He has a style no one in the industry really has(other than raphael saadiq). He has a circa 1960s style which i find pretty dope and is a michigan native, brought up near Detroit. I would really like to talk to him first hand and see what gives him so much pride in what he does as an artist and as a person. He's on stones throw records which I personally think is raw(label has my favorite producer,J Dilla!) and has a sound that goes a little something like thissss...

Do your thing homie..SShheck him out Mayer Hawthorne on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads

Ive been stressing on all these trashy rap singles coming from the dirty south lately. Nothings original today, its all the same bologna redone over and over again. Finally, a true lyricist is making a comeback to the game after a long absence..get em' Andre
